I am a theoretical physicist, working as a scientist (Akademischer Rat) with duties of a personnel officer (Personalreferent) at the Institute of Physics of Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz.

My research interests are methods for the computation of perturbative corrections in Quantum Field Theory and the underlying mathematics. Past and present teaching activities include lectures and the supervision of theses in theoretical physics.

Before working in Mainz, I was Einstein Junior Fellow of the Einstein Foundation in Prof. Dr. Kreimer’s group at the Institute of Physics at Humboldt-University Berlin. I also  completed my postdoctoral lecture qualification (Habilitation) at this institute. I furthermore worked as a principal investigator of a DFG project, as a postdoc at Humboldt-University and at RWTH Aachen, as an Early-Stage-Researcher (Marie Curie fellow) at Durham University and I received my PhD at Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz.
